Management Committee
The Management Committee manages the FMSA and hands in proposals to the Steering Committee. It consists of three members that are appointed by the Federal Ministry of Finance.
Dr Christopher Pleister
Dr Pleister was appointed spokesman of the Management Committee on 1 July 2011. He has been a member of the committee since February 2009. Prior to that he spent 8 years as the President of the Federal Association of Peoples' Banks and Raiffeisen Banks.
Günter Borgel
Mr Borgel joined the Management Committee on 1 July 2011 after 20 years as a partner at the audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers AG.
Karlheinz Weimar
Mr Weimar became a member of the Management Committee on 1 July 2011. Prior to that he spent 11 years as Minister of Finance in the Federal state of Hesse.
